Commercial work is the steady core of a lot of London practices, and this is a Project Architect role at a large, long-established studio of 200-plus people. You will run commercial projects using Revit, on a hybrid basis from a central London studio.

This is a role for a qualified Architect who wants to own delivery rather than sit on the edge of it. You will take commercial buildings through the stages, coordinate the team, and get real time on site. The studio works in director-led teams without rigid sector silos, so you can build breadth alongside your commercial focus.

Read on if you want depth and craft over a rapid-rise ladder.

The Practice

The practice is an established studio of over 200 designers across London, Manchester and overseas. You will work from a central London studio with an in-house BIM team. Director-led teams work without rigid sector silos, so you gain breadth across typologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
