Project Architect | Healthcare
London | £45,000-£60,000 | Hybrid

Healthcare is one of them.
The architecture matters. The technical decisions matter. The coordination matters. And the people using the building every day really matter.
For the right Architect, that complexity is exactly what makes the work interesting.
About the Role
We are working exclusively with a major international architecture firm looking for a Project Architect to join its growing Healthcare team in London.
And there is already somewhere for you to make an impact.
Live projects. Real responsibility.
This isn't a hire being made in anticipation of work arriving six months from now.
There is an established Healthcare pipeline, including a specialist hospital, alongside further projects emerging across the UK and Ireland.
The business wants somebody who can become more than another pair of hands within the project team.
They want an Architect who enjoys knowing their project inside out.
Someone comfortable sitting across the table from a client, coordinating consultants, navigating technically complex problems and taking responsibility for getting things delivered.
You will remain close to the architecture too… supported by a team whilst working hands-on in Revit and involved in the detail and delivery of your projects.

If you've previously worked in Ireland or delivered Irish Healthcare projects, we would particularly like to hear from you… but this isn't essential!
What matters more is that you want to build your career around complex, meaningful Healthcare architecture and take increasing ownership of the projects you work on.

Who We're Looking For
We are more interested in what you've actually done than the title currently sitting underneath your name.
You might be an Architect ready to run more of your own work, an established Project Architect looking for a bigger platform or a Senior Architect who still enjoys being close to delivery whilst getting flexibility.
We are particularly interested in Architects who can demonstrate:
- Healthcare experience
- Project-running ability
- Current Revit capability
Beyond that, we would rather have a conversation.
