Project Architect
Most Project Architect roles ask you to spread yourself across a dozen schemes at once. This one is different. You will work on high-end and private residential projects, where detail, material quality and a close client relationship carry the job.

The Work
- You will run residential projects across all RIBA stages.
- You will produce and coordinate the technical drawings that take a scheme to site.
- You will work closely with clients on high-end homes where the relationship matters.
- You will keep design intent intact from early concept through to construction.
- You will coordinate with consultants to keep a project moving.
What You Need
- You have at least three years of post-Part 3 experience in the UK.
- You have run residential projects through design and delivery.
- Experience with ArchiCAD is essential.
- Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp or Adobe Photoshop would be preferred.
- You can produce technical drawings to a high standard.
- You communicate clearly with clients and consultants.
