Architect Job Overview
Support the technical delivery of large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation projects.
- Work across key RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stage 4 technical delivery.
- Prepare detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
- Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and the wider design team.
- Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant industry standards.
- Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery.
- Assist with resolving technical design challenges and coordinating project information.
- Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement across the practice.

Architect Job Requirements
- Qualified Architect with a minimum of 2 years' post-Part III experience.
- Strong technical delivery experience, particularly across RIBA Stage 4.
- Experience working on residential, hotel, student accommodation, or mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in developing technical expertise and progressing within the business.
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Principal Designer duties, sustainability, or emerging technologies would be advantageous.

Architect Salary & Benefits
- Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
