Are you an experienced Project Architect looking to take the lead on large-scale Industrial and Logistics developments?

We are recruiting on behalf of an established, design-led architectural practice for a talented Project Architect / Project Lead to oversee the delivery of high-profile industrial, logistics and warehouse projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading industrial and logistics projects through all RIBA work stages.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the primary design contact.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing design solutions that balance commercial, technical and operational requirements.
  • Overseeing planning applications, technical design packages and construction information.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning policy and industry standards.
  • Attending project meetings, design workshops and site visits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Skills & Expertise

  • ARB-registered Architect with significant UK project experience.
  • Proven experience leading Industrial and Logistics projects.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, technical detailing and construction processes.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
  • Proficiency in Revit and associated design software.
  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
