An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Running Architect
To join a growing architectural practice delivering high-profile industrial and logistics developments across the UK.
This role offers the chance to lead projects from concept through to completion, working on distribution centres, warehouses, last-mile logistics hubs, and large-scale industrial facilities. Inspired by requirements commonly seen in industrial and project architect roles across your internal architecture recruitment materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver industrial and logistics projects across RIBA Stages 3–6
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and client teams
- Produce and review technical drawing packages and construction information
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Attend site visits, resolve technical queries, and support project delivery
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with 3-4 years post qualification experience
- Proven experience running projects independently within the UK
- Strong technical delivery skills and understanding of construction processes
- Experience working on industrial, logistics, data centre, commercial, or similarly complex projects
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- The right to live and work in the UK
