Architect Job Overview

A talented Architect is required for an award-winning, employee-owned architectural practice with an established reputation for delivering large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation developments across the UK and Ireland. Working on projects typically valued between £50 million and £150 million+, the practice partners with some of the UK's leading developers and contractors, delivering technically complex and design-led schemes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect with a minimum of 2 years' post-Part III experience looking to develop their career on high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking practice. Working alongside experienced Associates and Senior Architects, you'll gain exposure to technically challenging developments, take ownership of key project packages, and play an important role in delivering projects through the technical stages. The practice actively encourages employees to contribute new ideas, develop their technical expertise, and progress their careers within a growing, employee-owned business.

Architect Job Overview

  • Support the technical delivery of large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation projects.
  • Work across key RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stage 4 technical delivery.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
  • Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and the wider design team.
  • Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant industry standards.
  • Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery.
  • Assist with resolving technical design challenges and coordinating project information.
  • Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement across the practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
