Role Purpose

The Project Co‑Ordinator provides end‑to‑end coordination and project management support for customer orders and delivery programmes, acting as a single dedicated point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

The role is responsible for proactively managing delivery progression, coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, removing delivery blockers, maintaining clear customer‑facing visibility, and ensuring all activity is delivered on time, in scope, and to a high standard of quality.

This position delivers a premium, paid‑for service that goes beyond standard coordination, offering structured governance, proactive communication, ownership of issues, and an enhanced customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects end to end, ensuring scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies are controlled.
• Act as the customer’s single point of contact, leading regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely delivery.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and governance standards.
• Support delivery performance improvements through analysis and best‑practice sharing.
• Identify renewal or extension opportunities and support growth.
• Contribute to team effectiveness through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and clear handovers.
