Project Coordinator (temp to permanent)
£33,000–£35,000 + bonus & benefits
City of London | Hybrid working
Our client is a well-established executive search firm with a diverse and prestigious client base spanning the Arts, Finance, and Not-for-Profit sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support a head of one of the practices.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for an experienced administrator with strong diary management skills who is looking to further develop their career and potentially progress towards a Personal Assistant role in the future.

- Managing complex diary scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Producing high-quality documentation and reports
- Liaising professionally with clients, candidates, and senior stakeholders
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and project coordination tasks
- Anticipating challenges, “managing up” and ensuring the Director is well supported at all times
About You:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experienced in diary management and senior stakeholder liaison
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in developing administrative expertise within a professional services environment
