Project Assistant - Clinical Safety
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project support to the clinical safety department.
- Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
- Manage and maintain the main mailbox and assist with triage.
- Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
- Assist with case processing activities as delegated.
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A-levels - desirable, GCSEs – requirement (English, Science, and Maths grade 6 - 9/A - C).
- Administrative experience is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.
- Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
