As a Project Assistant you will help coordinate a growing Network of Networks across the construction and built environment sector. You'll support stakeholder engagement, project delivery, data administration, communications and events while gaining valuable experience in project coordination, relationship management and social impact.
Typical Duties
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and relationship management activities
- Coordinating communications with network members and partners
- Organising meetings, workshops, webinars and networking events
- Maintaining membership records and engagement data
- Assisting with project administration and project documentation
- Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives and collaborative programmes
- Preparing reports, presentations and communication materials
- Assisting with monitoring, reporting and impact measurement activities
- Supporting funding applications and partnership opportunities where required
- Collect and maintain engagement data on member reach, activities, location, sector and impact

As a Project Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO of Building People CIC, supporting the coordination and growth of the Network of Networks and a range of strategic projects focused on diversity, inclusion and culture change across the built environment sector.
