Our client is an award-winning design and experience agency based in the heart of Fitzrovia, London W1. With a talented team of around 20 (and growing), they create retail environments, exhibitions, events and immersive brand experiences for some of the world's best-known premium and luxury brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Assistant or Project Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, gain exposure to global projects and have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow as the role develops.

As the agency continues to grow, they're creating a brand-new role for a Project Team Assistant to support two busy Project Managers across a variety of exciting international projects. No two days will be the same! From organising meetings and keeping project documentation up to date, to coordinating schedules, tracking timelines and making sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll quickly become an invaluable part of the team.
You don't need to have worked in a creative agency before, but you do need to have a genuine interest in design, branding and the creative world. If you're naturally organised, love a good to-do list and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, you'll fit right in.

The team works three days a week from their beautiful Fitzrovia studio and two days from home. They're friendly, collaborative, genuinely down to earth—and there's even a shower if you're one of those wonderfully energetic people who cycles to work!
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Assistant, Project Administrator or in a similar support role.
- Brilliant organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in.
- A genuine interest in design, branding and the creative industries.
