Founded in 2018, Skyports is at the forefront of the Advanced Air Mobility revolution, developing and operating cutting-edge infrastructure for electric air taxis and leveraging drone technology to transform business operations across industries.
Our business is split into two key areas:
- Skyports Infrastructure: Plays a vital role in the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem, designing, building, owning, and operating vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities around the world.
- Skyports Drone Services: Uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Associate to support our vertiport development projects in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be a key member of the project team, assisting with the coordination, planning, and execution of our innovative infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to pioneering projects in the rapidly evolving field of urban air mobility and grow a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Track milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Project Execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, document issues, and support quality control.
- Prepare site visit reports and share findings with the project team.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project data analysis.
- Support technical and financial assessments of vertiport projects.

Collaboration
- Work with architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide input in project meetings to support effective decision-making.
- Stay informed on project management practices, urban air mobility trends, and vertiport development innovations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in project management with excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Nice to Haves
- Previous internship or experience in project coordination or support is advantageous.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or aviation projects is a plus.
