Opportunity
This is an exciting next step for an experienced HVAC Shift Leader or Engineering Team Lead from the financial services maintenance environment who is ready to transition into a project-focused role within one of the world’s most respected global organisations.
Your operational experience in critical buildings will now be channelled into overseeing and coordinating MEP project works, managing vendor activities, driving compliance, and supporting the delivery of upgrade, lifecycle, and infrastructure improvement projects.
This role is designed for someone who is technically strong, highly organised, and eager to grow into end-to-end project management.
What You Will Do
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Act as the first point of contact for all project-related activities across MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and building services).
- Oversee project works in person, including inspections, surveys, vendor escorting, and site access management.
- Conduct isolations, manage permits, and ensure RAMs receive first-stage approval before works begin.
- Carry out walk-rounds of project areas to identify risks, issues, and snags early in the process.
- Ensure all handover documentation, O&M updates, and project records are in place and meet client requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
