What is this role about?
The role is responsible for developing the FEED and detailed drawings of various facilities, including LPG warehouses, LPG refilling plants, retail service stations, EV charging stations, and Mobility Retail Solutions (MRS). The role involves creating detailed site layouts, floor plans, architectural, civil, and MEPS drawings while ensuring compliance with company design standards, branding guidelines, regulatory codes, operational requirements, and sustainability standards.

What will YOU do?
- Develop detailed drawings and design solutions for LPG warehouses, LPG refilling plants, retail service stations, EV charging stations, and Mobility Retail Solutions (MRS) facilities
- Prepare site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed architectural, civil, and MEPS drawings for Engineering Solutions and Services (ESS) projects
- Ensure all designs comply with company branding guidelines, operational standards, local building codes, and sustainability requirements
- Coordinate architectural designs with civil, structural, MEPF, and landscape engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of all building systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to align design intent with operational and commercial goals

What will YOU need?
- Major in Drafting Technology or other related courses
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project documentation
- Strong knowledge of architectural design for commercial and retail developments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with PEZA, LGU permitting requirements, zoning laws, accessibility codes.
- Coordination skills with engineering disciplines (civil, structural, MEPF).
- Strong visualization, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Good communication skills for client and contractor interaction
