Role Description

This is a project based role for an EPOS & Self-Ordering Kiosk Installation Intern at Kleo. The intern will be responsible for:

  • Installing and maintaining EPOS systems and self-ordering kiosks
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing support to customers
  • Assisting in testing and implementing new software and hardware solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience with EPOS systems and kiosk installation
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Software and hardware testing abilities
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of AI technology is a plus
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
