Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Project Client Coordinator to join our team at our Birchwood facilities. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.
Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for clients in terms of project tracking, updates, project changes, and delivery timeframes.
- Coordination and project management of client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes.
- Be the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
- Foster cross-team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on schedule.
- Management of multiple projects, tracking progress, problem-solving, and providing regular updates to clients and key stakeholders.
- Schedule regular update meetings keeping teams up to date with requirements and developments.
Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience within a project coordinator role (highly desirable).
- Ideally exposure in the construction, civil, structural, or steel sector, but not a necessity.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure.
- Hands-on approach to offer ideas/solutions for issues.
- Methodical with thorough attention to detail.
- Creative thinker – ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
