Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across our global Product Development programme, predominantly within small domestic appliances and consumer goods.
Sitting within the Product Development team, this role will own the project management layer across the development pipeline, ensuring products move efficiently from sourcing and development through compliance, copy, artwork, production and launch. You will bring together timelines, actions, dependencies and risks across Product Development, Sourcing, QA, Compliance, Copy, Artwork, Commercial and other supporting functions into one clear and achievable project plan.
Working closely with the Product Development Lead, you will act as an operational extension of the role. You will translate fixed business and launch deadlines into structured internal plans, maintain visibility of progress, challenge missed or unrealistic dates and escalate risks where delivery is at risk.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their project management career who enjoys creating structure, keeping multiple workstreams moving and working collaboratively across teams. You will also help introduce practical project management tools, processes and ways of working that enable the function to scale as our product portfolio grows.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Own and maintain integrated project schedules across the Product Development pipeline from sourcing through to launch.
- Translate critical deadlines, including launch, FFD, order placement, design submission, production and delivery dates, into achievable internal plans.
- Define and maintain milestones, dependencies, owners and actions across active projects.
- Track progress, identify delays and proactively highlight conflicting dates, missing information or resource constraints.
- Follow up actions, maintain momentum and escalate issues when projects are at risk.
- Provide clear visibility of project and programme status to the Product Development Lead and wider stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
