Project Coordinator

About the Client

We’re supporting an established IT solutions provider delivering technology projects across the education and commercial sectors.

Due to continued demand, they’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join their Project Services team in Fareham, helping ensure multiple technology projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

The Project Coordinator Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects from initial inception through to completion.

You’ll act as a key point of communication between clients, internal technical teams, and third parties, ensuring projects continue to progress in line with agreed plans.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Arrange and schedule technical resources
  • Maintain project documentation and systems
  • Support the onboarding of new clients
  • Produce management reports covering project delivery KPIs

You'll be joining a wider Project Services function responsible for delivering server, storage, networking, wireless, and security projects, giving you excellent exposure to a range of IT infrastructure technologies and customer environments.

Project Coordinator Essential Skills

  • Previous experience within a Project Coordinator or similar project-focused role
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities
  • Confident communicating with clients, internal teams, and third parties
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accurate project systems and documentation
  • Comfortable working within a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence

Previous experience within the IT sector would be advantageous but isn't essential, so this could suit someone with strong project coordination experience looking to develop within the technology industry.
