About The Role
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of projects by providing administrative support, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that project teams meet their objectives and timelines. You will act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, helping to streamline communication and facilitate the smooth flow of project tasks and information.
About Your Responsibilities
- Project Administration: Assist in the administrative aspects of project management.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate project tasks and activities, ensuring that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation to support project tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation.
- Scheduling: Help create and manage project schedules and timelines, updating them and tracking progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and report potential risks and support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project expenses and tracking costs to help keep the project within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with project stakeholders to address their needs and concerns, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that objectives are met, and action items are recorded and followed up on.
- Change Management: Document and communicate any changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular project reports that require attention.
- Project Closure: Assist in closing out the project, including the completion of all tasks, documentation of lessons learned, and the handover process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and execution processes and contribute to best practices.

What You Bring
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in a project coordinator role or related administrative position is desirable.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing or the specific Business Unit in which the company operates can be advantageous.
