Are you a project coordinator or similar from a landscaping/estates background looking to join an industry-leading company with the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects?
Do you want to manage your own diary in an autonomous role?
This well-established fast-growing, award-winning company supplies innovative solutions to the house-building industry within the South of England area. After continuous growth, they are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their high-performing team.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery and handover of greenspace projects, managing contractors, inspecting landscape works, resolving defects, and ensuring sites meet technical, environmental, and quality standards before entering long-term management.
This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator or similar from a landscaping, estates, or grounds management background looking to take ownership of projects and progress their career within a growing business.

The Role:
- Manage the delivery of greenspace, landscape, and environmental projects
- Inspect landscape works and ensure contractors meet project specifications
- Manage contractors, budgets, defects, and remedial works
- Coordinate project handover into long-term estate management
- Oversee initial aftercare and maintenance contractors
- Travel to sites across the South and South West of England
The Person:
- Landscape, estate management, or similar
- Experience managing contractors, contracts, and project delivery
- Knowledge of landscape works, biodiversity, or environmental projects
- Full UK driving license
- Commutable to Bristol
