Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Investment Delivery team.
We're continually investing in our homes and communities, delivering major refurbishment and estate improvement programmes that make a real difference to our customers. Our aim is to ensure customers live in homes that are safe, comfortable, and fit for the future.
As Project Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with colleagues, contractors and customers to support the successful delivery of a range of investment projects. You’ll help make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, whilst keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
This is a hybrid role, with the majority of your working week spent working on site. You’ll also be expected to work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, and you’ll have the opportunity to work from home.
Most projects are located across the Tees Valley, but you'll also support projects throughout the North East and Yorkshire. You'll therefore need to be comfortable travelling when required and be flexible to attend the office more frequently to meet business and team needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of planned investment works across our homes.
- Co-ordinate site inspections and handovers, ensuring completed works meet required specifications, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Work proactively with contractors to resolve access issues and support customers throughout the programme of works.
- Act as a key point of contact for contractors and internal teams. You’ll co-ordinate meetings, site visits and progress reviews to monitor performance.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by handling enquiries and concerns, supporting with customer consultation events, and gathering feedback.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a background in a construction or property-related role.
- You’ll have experience supporting the delivery and completion of construction, refurbishment, or property investment projects.
- Strong knowledge of building compliance, health and safety requirements, and CDM regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to positively engage with customers, contractors and colleagues at all levels.
- You’ll understand how to deliver projects within occupied homes and the importance of minimising disruption for customers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- You’ll have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to various work locations.
