Project Commercial Director
Main Contractor
Location: Cumbria & Warrington
Hybrid Role but requires 3 days a week based in Cumbria - ability to work from home other two
We are retained as part of a search for a Project Commercial Director for a Main Contractor who are busy delivering a variety of programmes in one of the busiest areas of the Construction industry. As Project Commercial Director, you will be responsible for providing senior leadership, governance and support to a large commercial team, on a major project / framework or variety of projects within the Sector.

This is working within a niche sector of the Construction industry but doesn't require the niche skillset already; the key is to find a Commercial Director who has a proven record ideally within the Building of Infrastructure world who is a confident leader.
A lot of the work, is mainly NEC Forms of Contract and on significant projects in the North of England.
Projects:
- Value from £100m up to £2bn
Ideal Candidate:
- Has worked within the Main Contracting world for many years
- Experience in the Building or Infrastructure sector
- Experience in running a Business Unit or a Major Project
- NEC experience preferable but not essential
- Someone who is willing to be visible and present in Cumbria 3 days a week
