About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Project Construction Manager opportunities based in London. Roles of this type work within dynamic construction environments, delivering projects across infrastructure, commercial and specialist sectors. You would be responsible for coordinating site teams, managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving projects towards successful completion. The scope could involve anything from pre-construction planning through to final handover, working closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to achieve project objectives.

What You Would Do
- Planning and coordinating site operations to ensure projects progress on schedule
- Managing health and safety protocols, including SMSTS compliance and site inductions
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and tradespeople to coordinate workflows
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines and resource allocation
- Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and compliance documentation
- Identifying and managing risks on site, escalating issues appropriately
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the construction process
- Communicating progress and challenges to project stakeholders and senior leadership

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Proven experience in construction management or site supervision on complex projects
- Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations, health and safety requirements (SMSTS or equivalent)
- Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation systems
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams on site
- A proactive approach to quality, safety and compliance
- Communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant construction discipline (Master's degree preferred)
Nice-to-have experience could include:
- First Aid at Work certification or HV qualification
- Exposure to BPMN or UML for process mapping
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks (QMS, QARA)
- Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) or digital site tools
