Project Consultant | Project Delivery | Hybrid
We're looking for a Project Consultant to join a growing team working across coordinating both internal and client-facing projects. This is an great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working across multiple stakeholders, and seeing projects through from initiation to successful delivery.
You'll work closely with the Project Delivery Manager, supporting project coordination while taking ownership of client on-boarding and implementation activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The organisation are based in Henley in Arden, Warwickshire and this role offers hybrid remote working.

- Coordinate and monitor multiple project workstreams, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and key deliverables.
- Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up.
- Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
- Track project progress, identify risks and provide regular status updates.
- Deliver on-boarding and implementation support for new clients.
- Train users on the platform and provide roll-out guidance and supporting documentation.
- Build trusted relationships with clients throughout the on-boarding journey.
Required experience

- Previous experience coordinating projects or working within a project support environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused mindset with experience working directly with clients.
- Experience using project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira or similar.
- Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies.
Role Summary

- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
