Project Consultant - Business Transformation/Expansion
Contract: 3 months initially w/ likely extensions
IR35: Outside
Rate: £5-600 p/day
Working Arrangements: Remote. Occasional/adhoc travel required to London & East Anglia
I'm currently supporting a financial SaaS business that is looking for an experienced Project Consultant as they are going through significant expansion in the UK and overseas which requires this person. This person will have proven success of supporting other SaaS/Fintech organisations with similar business transformations/expansions.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership to coordinate several strategic business initiatives during a period of significant growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the coordination of an international business expansion, including the establishment of a new overseas operation and supporting the onboarding of a new team.
- Managing a company-wide brand transformation programme, ensuring all operational impacts are planned and delivered across the business.
- Coordinating activities relating to a UK office relocation, ensuring business continuity and alignment with the wider transformation programme.
- Driving governance, project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management and executive reporting across multiple workstreams.
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven track record delivering complex business transformation or strategic change programmes.
- Experience within SaaS, technology, fintech or B2B software environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across areas such as Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and Marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work at executive level.
- Experience supporting international expansion or global operating models would be highly advantageous.
