WE ARE LAUNCHING OUR FOURTH VENTURESHIP, THIS ONE COMES WITH A INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY!
This one is focused on brand.
Applications for our Ventureship with rebeauty open today.
rebeauty is changing the way we buy and sell beauty products.
It’s a new marketplace bringing together products from people, creators, and brands and creating a new way for beauty to stay in circulation.
Think the shift Depop created in fashion, but for beauty.
As rebeauty has yet to launch you will be joining at the pivotal point where a new name in beauty is being built, with the chance to help shape how rebeauty presents itself to the market, what people think when they discover it and, ultimately, how it becomes a brand people want to be part of.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You will work across social strategy, content, and positioning in a category where perception is everything.
This isn’t a hypothetical brand brief. You’ll be working on a real company preparing to launch, with the opportunity for your thinking and content to actually shape what rebeauty puts into the world.
We’re particularly interested in people who understand marketing and brand but also genuinely care about beauty, sustainability, internet culture, or, ideally, some combination of the four.
How it works:
- Fully remote, measured by milestones.
- You’ll work directly with rebeauty’s founder, with feedback each week.

This Ventureship will be a little bit different:
- rebeauty is hiring. For one standout candidate, the Ventureship ends with the opportunity to continue working directly with the founder as an intern.
- No application portal. No psychometric test. No one-way video interview into a webcam. No assessment centre, no group exercise, no competency question about a time you showed resilience.
To apply, send your CV to david@ventureship.co.uk. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and we may close early once spaces fill.
Applications close on THURSDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
