About the Opportunity
We are supporting a major technology separation and transformation programme following the sale of a private sector business. The programme focuses on separating an existing technology estate and establishing a new, independent operating environment.
We are seeking experienced Technology Project Consultants who can combine strong project management skills with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and contact centre solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile programme and play a key role in delivering complex technology transition activities.
The Role
As a Technology Project Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating technology workstreams across a large-scale transformation programme. You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in either:
- Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, or Managed Services environments
- Contact Centre technologies and platforms (desirable)
This is a hands-on consulting role requiring both strong project management capability and a practical understanding of technical environments and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology workstreams across a complex transformation programme.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive delivery activities and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status reporting.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned with technical solutions.
- Support transition, migration, and separation activities across multiple technology domains.
- Contribute to programme planning and successful delivery outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
