About Trekker Global

Trekker Global is a growing supplier of premium wood plastic composite decking and cladding. Our products combine the warmth and texture of real wood with the durability and low maintenance of composite materials.

We work with installers, garden room and veranda companies, designers, architects, landscapers and other businesses across the outdoor living and construction sectors.

We are at an exciting stage of growth, with a strong product range, existing customers and significant opportunities to develop the business further. We are building the company with a focus on product quality, commercial relationships and excellent customer service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Consultant (Sales) to join Trekker Global and play a key role in growing the business.

You will inherit customers, live opportunities, enquiries and relationships to develop — and we want someone who can turn those opportunities into business.

You will manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to order, working directly with customers to understand their requirements, develop solutions, prepare quotations and ultimately win the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Trekker?

Trekker is still small enough for the right person to have a genuine impact. You won't be joining an established sales machine — you'll be helping us build one.

There is significant scope for the role to develop as the business grows, for someone who can demonstrate the drive, ability and commercial instinct to make it happen.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ambitious and motivated
  • Naturally good with people
  • Commercially switched-on
  • Proactive and persistent
  • Comfortable taking ownership
  • Good at building and developing relationships
  • Confident communicating by phone, Teams and face-to-face
  • Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
  • Interested in building something rather than simply doing a job

Experience in B2B sales, construction, building products, landscaping, outdoor living or another physical product environment would be advantageous, but we're more interested in the right person than a perfect CV.
