Hours:
Full-Time 9am - 5:30pm

Showroom and field-based role based around client engagement, meetings, presentations, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Trade sales through a proactive outreach strategy.
  • Nurture existing accounts while increasing revenue from new clients, expanding our overall presence in UK / EU.
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly projections using our CRM (PipeDrive) and custom quote system.
  • Train customers to use our Trade portal.
  • Support studio concepts by ensuring they have all the resources they need to specify with us. This includes samples, quotes, technical guidance, and complete support from order to delivery.
  • Understanding client needs and translating them into successful project outcomes.
  • Identifying which brands within our portfolio are most relevant to each project.
  • Adding value through expert product and market knowledge.
  • Representing our brand portfolio with professionalism and enthusiasm. Build awareness of our Brand Portfolio.
  • Achieving agreed sales and business development targets.
  • Attending networking events and participating in any brand activations.

About you

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in sales, business development.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • An existing network of established A&D contacts.
  • A commercial mindset built on industry knowledge, expertise, and trusted relationships.
  • The ability to recognise opportunities and match the right brands to each project.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A responsive, organised, and efficient approach to client service.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Genuine interest in contemporary design, materials, and finishes; prior exposure to lighting, hardware, fabrics, or furniture is highly beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, driven by results. Working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
