Project Controls Manager
£490 per day (Umbrella)
Location: London | Working Model: Hybrid
Ceto Talent is supporting a major infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the delivery of complex projects across a diverse portfolio of operational assets and infrastructure programmes.
In this role, you'll work at the centre of project delivery, helping project teams monitor performance, manage risk, maintain accurate reporting and improve decision-making across a varied and high-profile portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple sites and operational environments, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects remain on track and aligned to business objectives.

Experience Required
- Proven project controls experience within infrastructure, rail or major project environments.
- Strong planning, reporting and project performance management experience.
- Experience managing project risks, costs and programme controls activities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using project controls, planning or reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Power BI experience would be advantageous.
- Experience within transport, rail or infrastructure environments would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project performance, risks, costs and programme progress.
- Produce meaningful reporting, forecasts and management information.
- Support planning, change control and financial monitoring activities.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Help improve project controls processes, systems and reporting practices.
- Support successful delivery across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
