We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Project Controller to support the successful delivery of customer projects from order through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of project coordination, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and professionally.

You will play a key role in coordinating project orders, managing supplier communications, supporting logistics activities and ensuring accurate project documentation throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating a variety of project orders.
  • Maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Preparing purchase orders and ensuring accurate supplier expediting.
  • Providing effective communication and updates on supplier progress and goods readiness.
  • Attending Project Kick-Off Meetings as required.
  • Preparing project shipping documentation, including organising logistics.
  • Arranging inspections; liaising with clients, inspectors and internal warehouse teams.
  • Preparing and submitting project invoices.
  • Supporting project forecasting and operational planning.
  • Assisting with the compilation of project bid packages when required.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality business systems and departmental procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files while ensuring all sales transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

What We Are Looking For

  • A highly organised and self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
  • An understanding of electrical bulk materials and supply chain; ongoing training in this area will be provided.
  • Experience in office administration and project coordination.
  • The ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
