  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess and monitor project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, ensuring actions are tracked and escalated where necessary.
  • Change Control: Support the management of project changes, assessing their potential impact on scope, schedule, cost and resources.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse project data, identify trends and variances, and translate information into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with project managers, delivery teams, clients and wider stakeholders, communicating project status and emerging challenges.
  • Resource & Milestone Tracking: Monitor resource allocation, deliverables and key milestones, helping teams understand progress and upcoming priorities.
  • Governance & Assurance: Maintain project documentation, reporting packs, RAID logs and governance processes to ensure projects operate in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project controls processes, reporting standards, tools and ways of working.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a wider project management community, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
