Role Overview
This role puts you at the operational pulse of a fast-scaling tech pioneer, where your coordination directly maximizes field team impact and fuels revenue growth.
Tasks
- Master the Schedule: Build and maintain 6-to-12-week forward plans, translating project deployment targets into seamless shift schedules for field-based Implementation Leads.
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Persistently liaise with client stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person to secure shift bookings, remove delivery blockers, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Optimize Resources: Adapt dynamically to project changes, reallocating field talent, managing shift cancellations, and balancing work schedules to target an 80%+ utilization rate.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Keep equipment distribution schedules accurate, oversee training sign-offs, and maintain data integrity across all internal delivery systems.
- Analyze & Report: Track team performance, log shift variations, and provide insightful weekly utilization reports to Project Managers.

Requirements
- Scheduling & Logistics Talent: Proven background in resource planning, field service dispatch, workforce scheduling, or project coordination.
- Tenacity & Communication: A confident, proactive communicator who enjoys following up with stakeholders at all levels to get things done.
- Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: Strong spreadsheet skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience scheduling shift-based/field teams or exposure to rail, construction, utilities, or high-growth environments.
