Project Controller – Renewables
Earthstream Global are currently seeking an experienced Project Controller with a background in the energy/renewables space, to join an exciting international business who specialise in designing and building utility-scale PV power plants.
The successful Project Controller will support business unit management and project managers in monitoring budgets, identifying relevant KPIs, and driving continuous improvements across financial and project processes.

Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly forecasts and ad-hoc financial analyses
- Support and lead forecast review meetings
- Actively use, maintain, train, and develop the ERP system, BI tools, etc.
- Contribute to internal projects to drive continuous improvement
What you bring
- Strong experience in finance/controlling, ideally in a project-driven environment within the energy/renewables space
- Strong results orientation and a customer service mindset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and an affinity for IT tools
- A holistic perspective with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, reliable, and a hands-on team player
- Excellent communication skills
