In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Job Description

• Coordination of FP1 related materials, including the management of documents on the SharePoint site;
• Planning and arranging various workshop sessions / meetings, recording of said workshops outputs and meeting notes;
• Managing and tracking of all queries, decisions and responses relating to FP1 planning activities within the TA but when engaging with other NR directorates;
• Maintaining continuity of thought and data throughout the process as things change - including version tracking;
• Management of the plan and adhering to tight deadlines to ensure the correct information is collated in good time;
• Competence in managing financial information for planning purposes;
• Comfortable working under direction to engage a wide group of stakeholders regularly with pressing demands.
