A Project Controls Reporting Analyst is sought by a Construction based Consultancy company in Manchester, UK, paying up to £55,000 + benefits.
The Role
We are recruiting a Project Controls Reporting Analyst to work on major UK infrastructure programmes. This role is responsible for owning and transforming the digital reporting landscape, converting complex project data into automated, real-time Power BI dashboards. You will act as a key data conduit between Primavera P6 and the PMO, driving the move away from manual spreadsheets towards a robust single source of truth for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Primavera P6 Data Integration: Develop and manage automated extraction of scheduling data from Primavera P6 (XER, XML, SQL).
- Power BI Data Modelling: Design and maintain scalable dimensional data models (star schemas). Integrate scheduling, cost, risk and progress datasets.
- Dashboard Development & Automation: Create advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Deliver key Visual Insights: S-curves, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, Critical path and Trend analysis.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage weekly and monthly automated reporting cycles, ensuring timely delivery of insights for executive-level decision making.
