About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of offshore wind projects.

This isn’t just admin, you’ll be at the centre of operations, working closely with technicians, clients, and internal teams to keep projects moving, people engaged, and standards high.

If you enjoy working at pace, solving problems, and being the link that keeps everything together, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make an impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning day-to-day coordination of offshore technicians, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and fully compliant
  • Carrying out monthly check-ins and regular site visits
  • Keeping accurate tracking of technician movements and project resource plans
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, identifying needs and resolving queries
  • Managing mobilisation and demobilisation of technicians in line with project timelines
  • Coordinating PPE, travel, IT, and occupational health requirements ahead of deployment
  • Monitoring costs and supporting P&L awareness, flagging any risks early

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
