We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across our Consumer Finance division. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, support system implementations and testing, maintain project governance, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.

How You'll Shine

As a key member of the Projects team, you will:

  • Coordinate assigned projects from initiation through implementation, including scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, meeting actions, and communication updates.
  • Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and assist with issue resolution.
  • Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with business teams, Finance, IT, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute practical solutions to improve processes and project delivery.
  • Support training activities, change readiness initiatives, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure activities align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Required Experience

  • Experience in project coordination, project administration, systems testing, process implementation, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with project and workflow management tools such as Microsoft Planner, JIRA, or Asana.
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
