Project (and Product) Support Coordinator

This is a varied role that sits across operations, product development and project coordination. We're looking for somebody who enjoys solving problems, learning new things and working as part of a close-knit team.

Above all, we're looking for somebody with the right attitude. Experience is important, but curiosity, kindness, ownership and a willingness to learn matter even more.

What you'll be doing

Operations and project coordination

  • Organising projects, timelines and priorities.
  • Preparing agendas, notes and follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining documents and company records.
  • Coordinating meetings and keeping projects on track.
  • Following up with suppliers, partners and the wider team.

General support

  • Turning ideas into clear action plans.
  • Tracking decisions and important deadlines.
  • Helping different teams work together effectively.
  • Supporting new launches, collaborations and special projects.

Product development and production support

  • Organising product specifications and technical information.
  • Tracking samples, feedback and approvals.
  • Supporting communication with factories and suppliers.
  • Maintaining quality control records.
  • Helping to ensure products meet Noodoll's standards.
