Help to Grow Project Coordinator

Ref: SC5041

Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum pro rata, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum pro rata.

Do you enjoy building relationships, managing systems and creating engaging content?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Help to Grow Programme Coordinator to support the successful delivery of the Help to Grow: Management Programme at Norwich Business School.

As the first point of contact for programme delegates, you will support applicants throughout their journey, responding to enquiries and ensuring an excellent participant experience. You will maintain robust administrative systems and processes, ensuring programme records are accurate, organised and compliant with contractual and reporting requirements.

You will also play a key role in promoting the programme through our digital channels, creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms, maintaining our online presence, and helping to grow awareness of the programme and its impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support applicants throughout their journey, responding to enquiries and ensuring an excellent participant experience.
  • Maintain robust administrative systems and processes.
  • Promote the programme through digital channels, including social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content to maintain online presence.
  • Help to grow awareness of the programme and its impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with customers.
  • Experience of managing social media platforms and creating content plans.
  • Excellent IT skills relating to Microsoft Office applications including databases.
  • Experience of event and project management.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team delivering a nationally recognised programme that helps ambitious business leaders develop and grow their organisations.

Position Details:

  • Part-time (0.8 FTE, 4 days a week)
  • Available immediately on a fixed basis for 6 months

Benefits:

  • 34 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays and additional University Customary days (pro rata for part-time).
