Location: UK/EMEA/US – Homebased

About the Role
Our Regulatory Services team are looking for a Project Coordinator who will provide administrative and project support to internal and external stakeholders.
As Project Coordinator, you will:
- Be the main point-of-contact with our internal technical teams across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), USA and APAC (Asia Pacific), building schedules and prioritizing projects, to ensure timely delivery and consistent monitoring of progress towards milestone targets.
- Showcase your organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, while operating in a global team.
- Comprehensively and effectively manage any internal or external stakeholder queries.
- Be heavily involved in handling information and data using software platforms such as MS Office suite (i.e., Excel) and other in-house systems.
To be a successful Project Coordinator, you'll need to:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordinating, planning, scheduling, and data-handling from multiple sources. Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
- Be able to confidently communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbally.
- Be skilled in MS Office software, with a focus on Excel; navigate, sort, filter, and manage data.
- Have experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems would be advantageous.

UK: The salary for this position can range from £31.450 to £35.000 annually.
US: The salary for this position can range from $68.000 to $75.000 annually.
This is a remote position that can be based in UK, Europe or the US. As compensation varies by country and local market conditions, salary details will be discussed with candidates prior to the interview stage.
Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
