Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Wall, New Jersey; or Thousand Oaks, California; or Tampa, Florida
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus benefits including: health, vision/dental insurance; disability, vacation, sickness, 401K

Due to further growth within one of our key global customers, we have an opportunity for a proven Project Coordinator to join our highly collaborative global team to support the project management team with customer follow-ups, information collection, creation of room profiles, opening/updating service orders, data entry, meetings, recording and distribution of meeting minutes and preparing material order requests and tracking shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all internal and external tasks to customer system installations and room relocations
- Receiving and distributing incoming emails to Project Management staff daily
- Providing support for Operations Leadership activities including taking and distributing meeting notes and follow-up activities
- Supporting Project Managers on all assigned open projects
- Working cooperatively with all Operations Business Units including assisting in backfill resource assignments
- Working effectively with other departments including, Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Logistics to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks
- Assisting Field Resources Management and Customer Service teams in the coordination of customer visits
- Submitting requests to Human Resources in the creation and submittal of Visit Request letters for client locations requiring security clearance

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a customer coordinator position within a technical environment
- Background supporting project-based activities
- High attention to detail and highly organised
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
