Project Coordinator | Offshore Energy | Hybrid | Lincolnshire

Do you thrive on keeping complex operations running like clockwork? If so, we're looking for a demonstrably experienced Project Coordinator to join a growth focused, energy solutions business and manage the deployment of Technicians and Engineers across multiple offshore projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate onboarding, mobilisation, and travel for project assignments
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, certification matrices, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor certification expiry dates to ensure HSE, IMCA, and client compliance
  • Track personnel movements and assignments for accurate reporting
  • Act as the go-to contact for availability, documentation, and administrative queries
  • Support recruitment activities and liaise with Finance on payroll and expenses
  • Ensure all personnel data is stored securely in accordance with GDPR

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrable experience in project administration, coordination, or operational support
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with GWO or certification management systems (advantageous)
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, or an engineering-related field
