Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator based in our Halifax office, you'll provide key administrative support to keep projects on track, coordinating customers, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries.
- Support the Operations Director, Project Manager, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project administration to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Log, investigate, and help resolve customer complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
- Assist with preparing quotations for Green Homes applications.
- Liaise daily with field-based teams regarding job allocation, progress updates, and completions.
- Ensure client systems are updated accurately and completion packs are produced efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a project coordination, administration, scheduling, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
