The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
We're looking for an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing PMO team and help keep projects running smoothly from initiation through to completion. Whether you're building your career in project management or already have experience supporting projects, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Working alongside Project Managers, delivery teams and clients, you'll provide essential coordination, governance and administrative support across a variety of technology and business change projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring plans, actions, risks and decisions remain visible, organised and on track.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating project meetings, workshops and reviews
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and governance documents
- Producing status reports, dashboards and project communications
- Supporting project planning, scheduling and resource coordination
- Following up actions and escalating risks, issues or blockers where required
- Assisting with project finances, procurement and reporting activities
- Working with internal teams, suppliers and customers to keep delivery moving forward
- Supporting continuous improvement across PMO processes and ways of working

We need a candidate with:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and keeping activities on track
- Experience coordinating meetings, actions, documentation and reporting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience in project coordination, PMO, administration, customer service or business support roles
- An understanding of project lifecycles, risks, issues, dependencies and change control
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
