Project Coordinator

12 month FTC
Glenrothes (hybrid)
£44,000 plus benefits

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the social housing sector as they continue to build the foundations for an ambitious programme of business and digital transformation.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, supporting a major piece of work focused on reviewing processes, identifying opportunities for service improvement and helping teams work more effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, business improvement, change or operational support who enjoys bringing structure to projects, working with stakeholders and helping turn ideas into practical improvements.

You'll play an important role in understanding how services and processes currently operate across the organisation. Working closely with different teams, you'll help document existing processes, coordinate discussions and workshops, capture findings and identify areas where things could be done differently. Your work will help build a clearer picture of current ways of working and support the development of improved processes and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting a programme of process mapping and service improvement activity across the organisation
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand current processes, services and ways of working
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops and discussions with teams across the business
  • Documenting existing processes, capturing findings and maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Helping identify gaps, inefficiencies, duplication and opportunities to improve services
  • Developing and maintaining process maps, workflows and supporting documentation
  • Tracking actions, gathering information and following up with stakeholders to keep activity moving forward
  • Bringing structure and clarity to information gathered from different teams
  • Supporting the coordination of project activities, milestones and deliverables
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and encouraging collaboration across teams
  • Supporting wider business improvement and change initiatives as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
