Role Overview
They will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of facility and maintenance works at a major hyperscalers campuses co-location sites across EMEA. Coordination of vendors and suppliers to ensure access to data centres with campus teams.
Client Details
Our client is a Global, well established and highly successful Supply Chain Consultancy who have built themselves a well-deserved reputation for service delivery excellence within the Data Centre sector. They are now seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator forming part of their growth strategy in and around Europe.
Description
- Coordinate property and construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage contract administration and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Profile
A successful Project Coordinator should have:
- Experience in project coordination within the property or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of contract administration processes and procedures.
- An understanding of property and construction maintenance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Offer
- Salary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
