Project Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Are you an organised and proactive Project Coordinator looking to build your career in project management? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Change & Transformation team, supporting the delivery of business change initiatives that drive meaningful improvements across the organisation.
Working alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in coordinating projects, maintaining governance standards, supporting reporting, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects
- Maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, and status reports
- Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions to completion
- Produce project updates and governance documentation for stakeholders
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate communication between project teams and business stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities, and governance standards
- Assist with the adoption of new technology, automation tools, and AI-enabled ways of working
Requirements
- Strong organisational, coordination, and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across different stakeholder groups
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, Project Support, PMO Administrator, or similar role
- Experience working within financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or another regulated sector
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or similar project delivery methodologies
- Exposure to project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello, alongside reporting, automation, or AI productivity tools

- Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week on site.
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Reporting To: Senior Project Manager
