About The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Team at Hinkley Point C.
Working in partnership with the MEH Alliance, this role plays a key part in supporting successful project delivery through effective administration, reporting, coordination and data management. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing stores and equipment records, coordinating calibration activities, tracking project information, and providing accurate management information to support decision-making.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative and coordination support to project and operational teams
- Managing project documentation and maintaining organised filing systems
- Supporting project processes, procedures and information management activities
- Maintaining stores, equipment registers and inventory records
- Coordinating equipment allocation, returns and stock management
- Managing calibration schedules and certification records for operational equipment
- Raising and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs) and Field Change Requests (FCRs)
- Producing weekly project performance reports and statistical information
- Developing and maintaining project trackers, dashboards and reporting tools
- Supporting audits through accurate record keeping and document control
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting and coordination processes

Essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in an administrative, project support, coordination or operations support role
- Strong organisational and data management skills
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to obtain a security clearance
Desirable
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, Project Administration or similar
- APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or willingness to work towards it
- HNC/HND in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Experience within engineering, surveying or construction environments
- Knowledge of document control, asset management or project management systems
